Product prototyping process: cutting acetate boards, polishing, splicing, thermoforming, surface decoration, attaching spring clips, painting, and logo production.

Sample Confirmation
We will mail you a sample. After receiving the sample, please check if it meets your design and requirements. If the sample passes, we will proceed with mass production. If it fails, a second sample will be required for modification.

Mass Production Preparation
Once you confirm the sample and begin mass production, we will prepare materials, schedule production, inspect molds, and develop a production plan, providing you with the final production cycle and quote.

Mass production process: cutting acetate sheets, polishing, splicing, thermoforming, surface finishing, installing spring clips, painting, and marking. The production cycle depends on the quantity and complexity of the product.

Quality inspection and packaging
After mass production is complete, we will conduct quality inspections on all claw clips, focusing on: uniform polishing, sharp edge treatment, and color consistency. After quality inspection, each product will be packaged and mailed to you.
