Yarn Selection

Canyuan offers a wide variety of yarn materials, including pure cotton, bamboo fiber, polyester, nylon, wool, blended yarns, and functional fabrics, to achieve multiple properties such as moisture wicking, breathability, warmth, and skin-friendliness. In addition, we offer over 300 color options, and all yarns undergo rigorous testing before being put into production.

Knitting the Sock Body

With 200+ knitting machines, we can produce single-sided jacquard, double-sided jacquard, and striped pattern knits, as well as styles such as no-show socks, ankle socks, crew socks, knee-high socks, athletic socks, and dress socks.

Knitting the Sock Body

Sewing the Sock Cuff

Once the sock body has been knitted, a specialized toe-closing machine is used to complete the stitching process. By employing a precise loop-to-loop hand-sewing technique, the toe seam remains perfectly flat and free of any protrusions, ensuring a friction-free wearing experience.

Steam Drying and Setting

Drying and steam setting constitute the core processes for fixing the shape and dimensions of socks. We utilize automated sock boarding machines and steam setting equipment to apply a treatment of high-temperature steam combined with hot air, thereby smoothing out wrinkles, locking in elasticity, and preventing shrinkage.

Sock Surface Decoration

Surface decoration is a core element of custom sock production, and Canyuan offers a comprehensive suite of processing solutions. These include computer embroidery, screen printing, full-color dye-sublimation printing, and silicone anti-slip printing on the soles. All decorative techniques feature strong adhesion and excellent wash durability.

Sock Inspection & Packaging

After mass production, the socks undergo a rigorous inspection process. This includes checking for weaving defects, seam integrity, pattern accuracy, colorfastness, and dimensional errors. Following quality inspection, fully automated packaging machinery efficiently completes the folding, bagging, and other packaging processes.
